  • Paid business membership levels have up to two paid attendees. $30 each after two for the luncheon portion.
  • Individual members are free. Guests are $30 each beyond the paid member.

We are excited to finally be able to meet in person, and since it is December, you won’t want to miss out as we host our annual luncheon meeting. We promise a great lunch, networking opportunities as well as speakers discussing two enterprise level risks that are challenging most businesses today.

Talent Risk: Attraction and Retention Strategies

John Froman, Manager – Recruitment at Community Health Network will lead our discussion around the unique approaches required in today’s work environment and the changes he has seen in recruiting and retaining talented employees. Mr. Froman has six years with Community focused on the acquisition of healthcare staff members. The healthcare field has perhaps experienced the most challenge in finding, recruiting, and retaining experienced staff to meet their business needs during the COVID crisis.

Bryon Silk, Executive Director of Business Services with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development will share insights into the current Indiana employment landscape and available candidates! Looking for talent, seeking employment? Be sure to attend.

Supply Chain Management:  The Current Landscape and Strategies

Betty Kildow, well known national consultant, advisor, trainer, speaker, author, and a specialist in supply chain management will discuss how the current supply chain issues are affecting businesses today.  Betty has previously presented to MCP on her book “A Supply Chain Management Guide to Business Continuity”.  She received her CBCP certification in 1998, became a fellow of the Business Continuity Institute in 2002, and has been a certified PECB ISO 22301 trainer for the last 9 years.
